Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead our inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and to turn data into practical process improvements. You will investigate discrepancies, build controls, and improve accuracy in complex operations to support patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will develop dashboards, partner with cross‑functional teams, and train the inventory staff while driving SOPs and system improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain or related field.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations or healthcare.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using data and process documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention, and audits.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations including counts and reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs and shrink.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, and disposition processes.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand, turns, expirations; build dashboards.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members and measure performance.
