American Express Global Business Travel seeks an experienced pharma meeting program manager in the United States to lead end-to-end planning for executive-level meetings, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and accurate billing.

The role requires 5–7 years in pharma meeting planning, 3+ years supporting the C-Suite, strong communication with executives, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and event tech such as CVENT.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years pharma meeting planning experience with at least 3 years supporting Executive level/C-Suite meetings.
• 4-year degree preferred; CMP designation preferred.
• Proficient in communicating with C-Suite clients.
• Strong time management and deadline-driven work style.

Responsabilidades

• Establish workflow schedules with client and suppliers for timely program handling.
• Run program from contract turnover meeting to final bill completion.
• Negotiate hotel, DMC, air and third-party contracts; monitor cancellation policies.
• Coordinate with IT for web requirements and site inspections.
• Forecast program finances and manage budgeting and billing.
