Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives promoting healthcare products to general practitioners and other healthcare professionals. The DSM will develop and deliver the sales strategy and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations with the client and IQVIA.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, and pediatric/derm experience is strongly recommended, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and team

Qualifications

4-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience is highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
Pediatric/Derm experience is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of sales representatives promoting healthcare products to general practitioners and other healthcare professionals.
Develop and deliver the sales strategy and monitor marketplace dynamics.
Ensure delivery on contractual obligations with the client and IQVIA.
Coach and develop district staff to meet and exceed objectives.
