Job summary

IQVIA seeks a District Sales Manager in Florence, KY to lead a team of sales representatives promoting healthcare products to general practitioners and healthcare professionals. The DSM will develop and deliver the sales strategy, act as a key market resource, and ensure all client contractual obligations are fulfilled.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and pharma sales experience, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Pediatric/Derm experience strongly recommended.
• Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a district towards meeting and exceeding objectives.
• Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives in promoting and selling healthcare products.
• Develop and deliver the sales strategy and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Coach and counsel sales representatives in the field to reinforce product knowledge and best practices.
