Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and commercial insights, seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a team of sales reps promoting healthcare products to general practitioners and other healthcare professionals.

You will develop the sales strategy, drive performance, and ensure contractual obligations are met, while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize district results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Pediatric/Derm experience strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives in promoting and selling healthcare products to general practitioners and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and deliver the sales strategy and serve as a key information holder regarding the marketplace.
• Ensure delivery on all contractual obligations as agreed to by the client and IQVIA.
• Coach and develop district staff to reinforce product knowledge and best practices.
