Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives in promoting healthcare products to general practitioners and other healthcare professionals. The DSM will develop and deliver the sales strategy, serving as a key information holder regarding the marketplace and ensuring delivery on contractual obligations.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree, 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and 2+ years in sales management, with pediatric/derm experience preferred

Qualifications

4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required.
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience is highly preferred.
Pediatric/Derm experience is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of sales representatives promoting healthcare products to general practitioners and other professionals.
Develop and deliver the sales strategy and market insights.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and IQVIA policies.
Coach and mentor district staff to meet and exceed sales objectives.
