Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree or Bachelor with equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharma or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, and systems integration.
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialized, specialty or 3PL‑supported supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Escalate and manage operational, customer, supply and billing issues with third-party operations and internal teams.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; advise on contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory and Finance to align requirements and readiness across systems.
• Lead cross-functional planning, risk and readiness reporting to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness in line with industry discussions and evolving external expectations.
