Job summary

Bayer seeks a seasoned operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate SAP data, master data, pricing, government programs, and cash collection while collaborating with IT, QA, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure compliant service delivery.

You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, manage readiness, and drive process improvements in a regulated environment,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
