Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Manager II for Customer Solutions to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash operations across the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, readiness, and data integrity, coordinating activities across master data, systems and pricing to optimize customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialized, specialty or contract-controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support.
• Support launches, new business or supply models and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk tracking, decisions, dependencies, and readiness metrics.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and readiness.
