Job summary

JE Dunn Beaverton is seeking a Superintendent 3 who will plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity. This role focuses on leading the team, coordinating sequencing, and achieving timely, profitable project completion in line with JE Dunn's strategy and values.

You will oversee safety culture, subcontractors, and craft, maintain project schedules with the Project Manager, and manage budget and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required.
• 8+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean principles a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury‑free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and project workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily stand‑ups and trade meetings.
• Maintains project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and cost reports.
• Communicates progress to owners and design teams.
