JE Dunn Construction in Tampa is seeking a Superintendent 3 to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with moderate complexity. You will lead the team, develop construction sequencing and drive on-time, profitable completion in support of JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role requires strong safety leadership, coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and field staff, plus effective meetings, progress tracking and collaboration with owners, architects and authorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to ensure injury-free environments.
• Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
• Manages and oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the project site and leads meetings.
