Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 3 to lead complex healthcare projects nationwide. You will plan, manage and execute all project activities, supervise teams, organize safety, schedule, and budgets while aligning with JE Dunn's strategy and values.

This traveling role requires strong field leadership, a background in construction management, and the ability to coordinate with owners, design teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others.
• Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
• Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO for a small project or a major portion of a larger project.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
