Job summary

QuVa Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician I – Prep/Cleanroom Support for our Sugar Land, TX facility. This full-time, on-site role operates on a 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a stable schedule and minimal overtime expectations.

The position emphasizes high quality and safety standards, supporting cleanrooms, preparation, labeling, and material processing, while adhering to GDPs and aseptic gowning requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (smartphones/tablets/handhelds).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, transportation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment per standards.
• Maintain Aseptic Gowning Qualification to support cleaning.
• Complete paperwork for accountability and GDP compliance.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals and remove expired items monthly.
• Document activities per established procedures.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing as required.
• Collaborate effectively with team and maintain trust.
