Job summary

QuVa Pharma in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Production Technician I to support cleanrooms and prep activities for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM CST). This full-time on-site role requires adherence to GDPs and strict sterile operating environment, with training provided.

You will prepare, label, transport, and process materials, perform routine room and equipment cleaning, maintain aseptic gowning qualifications, and document activities.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment adhering to standards.
• Maintain aseptic gowning qualification to support cleaning.
• Document activities for accountability and traceability per GDPs.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals and remove expired items monthly.
• Complete documentation of activities according to procedures.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing as required.
• Collaborate with team and maintain trust and credibility.
