Job summary

Quva is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician at our Sugar Land, TX site for a full-time 3rd shift role (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM). You will prepare sterile compounds in an aseptic clean room, document activities, and ensure compliance with GDP, cGMP, and ISO standards.

Training provided; must pass drug/background checks and meet lift and PPE requirements. This role emphasizes precision, adherence to sterile procedures, and contributing to safe, high-quality patient care across the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for full shifts.
• 18+ years old and able to work in the United States.
• Follow sterile garb and gowning requirements to maintain aseptic conditions.
• Authorized to work full-time in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile compounds accurately according to detailed instructions.
• Clean the work area and cleanroom and maintain aseptic conditions.
• Keep accurate documentation for GDP traceability of products.
• Comply with cGMP and ISO standards at key process steps.
