Job summary

Quva is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician for our Sugar Land, TX site to support sterile preparation in a controlled cleanroom environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and a strong attention to detail.

The position operates on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) and requires passing a drug and background check. No visa sponsorship is offered. Training will ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO standards while contributing to safe patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
• Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift
• Wearing hair net, shoe covers, facemask, sterile gown, and gloves, etc.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas

Responsibilities

• Compound sterile preparations accurately according to detailed instructions
• Clean work area and cleanroom (wipe surfaces and occasional mopping)
• Comply with cGMPs and ISO standards during key steps
• Follow compounding protocols and SOPs with careful attention to detail
• Demonstrate initiative and manage time effectively
