Job summary

Quva in Sugar Land, TX is hiring a Production Technician I – Prep/Clean Room Support. This full-time role on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM CST) supports cleanrooms, formulations, and compounding while following strict GDP-compliant procedures intended to ensure safe, effective injectable medicines.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable using mobile devices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using mobile devices (phones/tablets).
• Must follow strict sterile operating environment rules.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, transportation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment per standards.
• Maintain aseptic gowning qualification for cleaning support.
• Document activities for GDP compliance and traceability.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals and monthly expiry pulls.
• Document activities per established procedures.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing as required.
