Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP in Sugar Land to support visual inspection, labeling and packaging within the ILP line. The role operates on a set 3rd shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM CST, Monday through Friday, on site at Sugar Land, TX.

A safety-sensitive position with potential for random drug testing. You will ensure accurate materials handling, calibration checks, GDP compliance, and collaboration across departments to uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass color perception exam and provide a passing result.
• Must pass vision exam with 20/20 vision with or without correction.
• Able to pass drug and background check; 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship by Quva.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging room materials and supplies.
• Conduct labeling and processing of production materials per SOPs.
• Clean room and equipment daily/bi-weekly/monthly; complete preventive maintenance checklists.
• Perform line and room clearances as per procedures.
• Document activities per GDPs; comply with cGMPs and ISO standards.
• Notify management of deviations; assist other areas as needed.
