Job summary

Quva seeks a Production Maintenance Mechanic II to maintain cleanroom-critical equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and document activities in CMMS. You will ensure compliance with cGMP and 503B standards, support sterile manufacturing, and coach staff on equipment topics.

The role is a full-time first-shift position based in Sugar Land, TX, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous process improvement within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 3 years cleanroom/aseptic gowning experience.
• 3 years in a cGMP/FDA regulated industry.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Performs and coordinates planned and demand maintenance on production and cleanroom equipment following SOPs.
• Documents maintenance work in site CMMS.
• Ensures work orders are completed within required timeframes.
• Performs preventative maintenance on production equipment and maintains calibration schedules.
• Maintains equipment spare parts lists and equipment histories.
• Troubleshoots faulty equipment parts and assists root-cause analysis.
