Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I - Prep/Clean Room Support in Sugar Land, TX, to join our 1st shift. You will support cleanrooms and formulation activities, assist with preparation, labeling, production and materials processing, and maintain rigorous GDP documentation in a safety-sensitive environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to sterile controls, and consistent, on-site work with a set schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, handheld devices.
• Willing to follow sterile environment rules.
• 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, transport, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly room and equipment cleaning per standards.
• Maintain aseptic cleaning qualification to support cleaning.
• Document activities for accountability and traceability per GDPs.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals, removing expired items monthly.
• Document activities according to established procedures.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing as required.
