Job summary

QuVa Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician I – Prep/Clean Room Support to join our on-site team in Sugar Land, TX. You will support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding, handling materials, labeling, and production tasks under established processes to uphold our quality standards.

This full-time, first-shift role runs Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM CST and requires strict adherence to GDPs, aseptic gowning, and safety protocols. Incremental overtime may occur.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Able to follow strict sterile environment rules.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, transportation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment per standards.
• Maintain aseptic gowning qualification to support cleaning.
• Document activities per GDPs for traceability.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals and maintain product accountability.
