Job summary

Padagis is looking for a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team early in 2027. This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement and internal execution, leading a portfolio of external programs while driving internal CDMO process improvements.

You will manage customer-facing projects, coordinate with Operations and site teams, develop detailed plans for launches, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities, and ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM/PGM experience in pharma CDMO/CMO or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects including tech transfers or launches.
• Strong cross-functional pharma workflows knowledge (Operations, QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder programs with discipline.
• Excellent communication with external customers and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Projects) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership: act as primary contact, provide updates, manage expectations, ensure timely progress.
• Cross-site coordination: work with Operations and site teams in multiple locations to align on timelines and execution.
• End-to-end project management: create and maintain detailed plans for launches, tech transfers, and commercial activities.
• Internal CDMO build-out projects: manage internal initiatives to improve CDMO processes, governance, and tools.
• Issue and risk management: identify bottlenecks and execute mitigation plans for on-time delivery.
• Commercial handoff: ensure smooth transition from opportunity to active execution with clear accountability.
• Reporting and documentation: prepare updates, status reports, logs, and trackers.
• Milestone and invoicing coordination: link milestones to commercial terms and coordinate with Finance.
