Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team in New York early in 2027. This role combines customer-facing project leadership with internal CDMO process improvements to scale the business.

You will manage launches, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities across cross-functional teams in the US and Israel, driving milestones, governance, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in project or program management in pharma CMO/CDMO.
• Experience with customer-facing projects including tech transfers or launches.
• Strong cross-functional pharma workflows understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing project leadership and updates.
• Coordinate cross-site with Operations and site teams.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans for launches, tech transfers and ongoing commercial activities.
• Manage internal CDMO build-out projects to improve processes and governance.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support commercial handoff from opportunity to execution with clear accountability.
• Prepare status reports and documentation to improve visibility and execution.
• Coordinate milestones and invoicing with Finance/Commercial.
