Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO Process Analytics seeks a technical specialist to provide pre-sales and post-sales support in the New England region. You will work with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, application demonstrations, and deep product knowledge of liquid analytics for pharmaceutical and biotech industries, with substantial travel up to 70% to customer sites.

Qualifications

5+ years in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry.
Direct Pharma/Biotech experience in the New England region.
Experience in technical/application support.
Experience providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
Familiarity with liquid analytical products and applications.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and application support to customers, RSMs, BDMs and Channel Partners.
Support equipment installation, startup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Conduct onsite customer training, seminars, and demonstrations related to equipment and solutions.
Serve as the technical SME during customer visits, sales meetings, site walks and discussions.
Travel extensively in the New England territory (~70% overnight) to support customers and sales activities.
Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of liquid analytical products for Pharma/Biotech.
