Job summary

Metrohm USA seeks a Field Service Specialist – Process Analytics to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Metrohm process analytical systems in the Portland area. You will travel within OR/WA/ID/MT to support customers and ensure optimal performance.

Applicants should have 4+ years in process analytics instrumentation, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role emphasizes mentorship and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical discipline; 4+ years in process analytics instrumentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, diagrams, and service documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Metrohm process analytical systems.
• Diagnose customer instrumentation, application, and product-related issues and resolve them.
• Provide refresher training and operational support to end users as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records using Metrohm service management tools.
• Travel within assigned territory to support customers and improve service quality.
