Aquent Studios seeks an experienced Pharma Account Manager for a full-time, remote role. Candidates must be based on the East Coast (EST).

The Account Manager will be the primary client interface across brand workstreams, ensuring compliance with processes and client guidelines while coordinating with internal teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; pharma industry knowledge preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma with familiarity of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
• Experience working under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Office apps, Google Drive, and design tools.
• Veeva Vault/Promomats experience is a must-have.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and identify revenue opportunities and scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage workloads and deliverables.
• Develop scopes-of-work and lead project kick-offs.
