Job summary

Princeton10, LLP is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to manage strategic client relationships and drive account growth in pharmaceutical marketing. You will be the conduit between clients and delivery teams, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and compliance requirements.

Remote work is open to US candidates located in NY, NJ, or PA, with travel up to 20%. You will report to the Director of Client Services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 4–8 years of pharma advertising experience managing HCP/DTC campaigns.
• Proven track record building and managing client relationships and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of US/Canada MLR processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Serve as primary client contact, understand needs and challenges, identify opportunities to add value.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with clients and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance with the Director of Operations.
