Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Pharmaceutical agency experience with at least 2 years in Accounts and Project Management.
• Experience with direct client contact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel enabled up to 5%.
• Proven teamwork skills and flexibility.
• Excellent verbal/written interpersonal skills.
• Planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications with team members regarding initial/ongoing information and status.
• Assist Client Services team to support new business initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate pitch presentations and requests for proposals.
• Lead point of contact for assigned projects within the client account.
• Implement projects to promote profitability of client deliverables.
• Support client services by managing projects and timelines with the PM team.
• Drive daily project activities within scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate content planning meetings with key content experts.
• Daily client contact; prepare reports and next steps.
• Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review processes for promotional items.
