Aquent Studios is seeking an experienced Pharma Account Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. To best support client collaboration and day-to-day operations, candidates must be based on the East Coast (EST). In this role, you will serve as the primary client interface across high-impact pharmaceutical brand workstreams, partnering closely with Brand Execution Managers, project teams, and external vendor partners. We require an account management professional with proven, hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical sector who brings an in-depth understanding of brand strategy, industry compliance, and medical/regulatory workflows (including Veeva Vault / PromoMats). If you thrive in a fast-paced creative and production ecosystem and excel at building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you.
Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager is the key client interface across all brand related workstreams. This role will maintain a deep and current understanding of the brand and its label, competitive environments, and applicable strategies and objectives. In so doing, the AM will interact with key stakeholders and ensure integration, efficiency and client-dictated compliance with all stated processes and requirements. This role will provide guidance, as needed, towards the creation of client deliverables while highlighting potential challenges and considerations. This support will not be confined to that which can be provided by Aquent and, in fact, will benefit all potential third-party suppliers/vendors/agencies. This role will be responsible for job intake for those initiatives of a larger, more strategic nature, and will partner with Internal Aquent Team members for their specific handling of other deliverables. They will gather and understand all project requirements and will be responsible for prepping and handing off assignments to the Project Management teams as well as direct client communication throughout the lifecycle of projects.
