Azelis Group is seeking a Technical Account Manager-Pharma (Mid-West) to drive annual growth with a base in the pharmaceutical excipients and actives portfolio. The role emphasizes building deep relationships with decision makers through face-to-face visits and delivering tailored application solutions across the territory.

The candidate will coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and purchasing to close deals, manage forecasts, and maintain a robust CRM-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Engineering, Biology) or related discipline.
• 5–7 years’ pharma/nutraceutical sales or technical account management experience with excipients and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Present solutions to R&D and manufacturing personnel and drive the sale of excipients and actives.
• Develop and maintain appointments, visits, and an active pipeline aligned with growth targets.
• Provide accurate forecasting and ensure inventory visibility through CRM updates.
• Travel up to 50% to represent the company at customer sites and industry events.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and market intelligence for informed decisions.
