Precision AQ in the United States seeks an Account Manager to lead client projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across complex campaigns.

You will manage proposals, budgets, and reconciliations; liaise with medical-legal-regulatory reviews; act as a subject-matter expert on client tactics; and proactively flag risks to keep programs on schedule and within scope.

• Provide standard status and financial reports to clients at specified intervals.
