Aquent Studios is seeking an experienced Pharma Account Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. To best support client collaboration and day-to-day operations, candidates must be based on the East Coast (EST).

In this role, you will serve as the primary client interface across high-impact pharmaceutical brand workstreams, partnering closely with Brand Execution Managers, project teams, and external vendor partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with familiarity with industry terms and compliance.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience meeting tight timelines and juggling multiple quick-turn projects.
• Proficiency with Office, Google Drive and Adobe commenting and review tools.
• Basic understanding of InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator, and print production and image/data rights.
• Veeva Vault/ Promomats experience a must have.
• Knowledgeable about new technologies particularly around digital marketing.
• Strong business acumen.

Aufgaben

• Interface with Brand Execution Managers, project teams and vendors to manage client needs.
• Provide guidance and ensure compliance with client processes and requirements.
• Oversee project intake and handoffs to Project Management teams.
• Develop scopes-of-work (SOWs), estimating and project kick-offs.
• Maintain an understanding of client guidelines, production requirements and budgets.
• Assist in creating client deliverables and capstone pitch presentations.
• Represent Aquent’s values with excellent customer service.
• Understand client brands, audiences, and marketing objectives across channels.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and client expectations concurrently.
