Novogradac is seeking a Principal to oversee audit engagements with a focus on Public Housing Authority (PHA) and HUD‑related work. The role includes managing client engagements, mentoring staff, and driving new business development within governmental and affordable housing sectors.

You will lead planning, staffing, and review processes, while maintaining professional standards and client relationships. CPA preferred; strong leadership and sales targets expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license preferred.
• CPA license required.
• Ability to manage a fee base of at least $1,000,000.
• Strong communication and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements from planning to staffing and timing.
• Conduct engagement reviews.
• Mentor staff and manage performance.
