Ideal candidates bring a CPA and 9+ years in public accounting, with the ability to manage multimillion-dollar fee bases, deliver technical excellence, and represent the firm professionally in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (advanced degree is a plus) and 9+ years in public accounting.
• CPA license required.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements from planning to completion with minimal oversight.
• Supervise and mentor staff at all levels; conduct performance evaluations.
• Identify new clients and pursue sales opportunities; meet annual sales goals.
• Develop relationships and promote the firm’s image with clients and at events.
• Enhance technical expertise and seek senior review from Partners.
