Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, with 9+ years in public accounting.
• CPA license required.
• Strong accounting and tax knowledge with the ability to manage large engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements from planning to staffing and cash collection.
• Lead and mentor staff at all levels; review engagements and ensure quality.
• Identify new clients and sales opportunities; meet annual sales goals.
• Develop relationships and promote the Firm’s image externally.
