Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client engagements and staff.
• Experience with public accounting and government/audit work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee client engagements from planning through completion.
• Supervise and mentor staff at all levels and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop new clients and meet annual sales goals.
• Represent the firm externally and participate in business development activities.
• Manage profitability and billing, ensuring client satisfaction.
