Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required.
• Strong accounting and tax rule knowledge.
• Ability to manage a $1,000,000+ fee base and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements from planning to billing with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and mentor staff at all levels and pursue new clients.
• Meet annual sales goals and develop high value opportunities.
• Represent the firm externally in the business community.
