The ideal candidate will mentor staff, meet sales targets, and contribute to the firm’s growth while representing the firm in the community. Remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage a fee base of at least $1,000,000 as Principal-1.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple client engagements from planning through completion.
• Supervise and mentor staff at all levels and drive professional development.
• Identify and pursue new clients; meet annual sales goals; contribute to firm growth.
• Lead PHA, HUD and related audit engagements within the firm's government and affordable housing practice.
