Job summary

Save the Children seeks a Manager, PFCE to lead parent, family and community engagement within Head Start programs in the U.S. You will oversee ERSEA, family partnerships and volunteer programs, while ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with standards.

The role entails supervising staff, collaborating with center teams and supporting policy council activities. You will promote family sustainability, provide training, and build community partnerships to strengthen services for children

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive Travel (40% in-state).
• Proven experience in family services management and supervision.
• Professional proficiency in MS Office and in English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERSEA data collection, reporting and enrollment processes.
• Direct supervision of Family Service Coordinators if in a supervisory role.
• Develop and oversee family service systems and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Education & Inclusion managers to maintain enrollment.
• Serve as Corporate Secretary of the Head Start Policy Council and support meetings.
