Save the Children US seeks a Manager, PFCE to lead parent, family, and community engagement across Head Start programs. You will oversee ERSEA, enrollment, and attendance, while building strong partnerships with families and community organizations to support school readiness.

The role involves supervising FSCs, developing family services systems, and serving as Corporate Secretary to Head Start Policy Council, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood development, social work, adult learning or a related family/human services field; plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and accurate collection, entry, reporting and maintenance of data related to family development services.
• Direct supervision of Family Service Coordinators (FSCs) where applicable or provide technical support as needed.
• Oversee ERSEA records, enrollment targets and 30-day vacancy fill timelines; ensure funded enrollment targets are met.
• Track attendance and follow up on tardiness and absenteeism; visit classrooms to support staff and parent engagement.
• Develop and monitor the PFCE Framework within programs and management systems; provide training and capacity building for staff and parents.
• Coordinate and secretary duties for Policy Council meetings and related logistics.
