Job summary

Save the Children US seeks a Manager of Parent, Family & Community Engagement to lead and grow PFCE programs, ensuring strong family engagement, community partnerships, and enrollment management across Head Start and Early Head Start programs. The role collaborates with Family Service Coordinators, Center Directors, and program leadership to sustain high-quality services and family outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing family service systems, coordinating training, and supporting policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood development, social work, adult learning or related family/human services field.
• Proven experience in managing family services for young children and families.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERSEA processes to ensure enrollment across funded classroom slots.
• Develop and manage PFCE partnerships and community collaborations.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain family engagement and parent training programs.
• Serve as Corporate Secretary of Head Start Policy Council and support meeting logistics.
