Save the Children US seeks a Manager of Parent, Family and Community Engagement to oversee ERSEA, family services and community partnerships across Head Start and Early Head Start programs. You will supervise FSCs, coordinate enrollment targets, and promote strong family engagement and volunteer activities.

You will work with staff to ensure data integrity, compliance with performance standards and robust collaboration with community partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood development, social work, adult learning or a related family/human services field, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive Travel [40% in-state]
• Proven experience in family services management and supervision.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with staff and community partners for high-quality services.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure complete and accurate data collection, entry, reporting and maintenance for family development services.
• Direct supervision of Family Service Coordinators (FSCs) if in a supervisory role; otherwise provide technical support.
• Ensure required credentials for family services staff.
• Maintain ERSEA records including CACFP.
• Co-ordinate vacancies, eligibility, enrollment targets and funded enrollment.
• Track attendance and follow up with families on tardiness/absences.
• Observe classrooms regularly to support parent engagement and coach staff.
• Develop and administer the volunteer program and PFCE framework deployment.
• Assist with Policy Council administration and meeting logistics.
