Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Manager, PFCE to lead parent, family and community engagement across Head Start programs in the U.S. This role oversees ERSEA, enrollment, and family development, collaborating with FSCs, Center Directors, and partner agencies to ensure strong family outcomes.

The position emphasizes data-driven program management, staff supervision, and active participation in Policy Council activities, with a focus on safeguarding and quality family services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive travel: 40% in-state.
• Proven experience in family services management and supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and partners.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERSEA data collection, entry, reporting and maintenance.
• Supervise Family Service Coordinators if in a supervisory role; provide technical support otherwise.
• Ensure staff credentials meet required standards and monitor CACFP records.
• Maintain enrollment targets, monitor attendance, and support family engagement initiatives.
• Develop and manage the PFCE framework within programming and management systems.
• Assist with Policy Council meetings and related documentation as needed.
