Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Manager, Parent, Family & Community Engagement (PFCE) to lead ERSEA processes and strengthen family engagement across Head Start and Early Head Start programs. You will collaborate with FSCs, center directors, and education teams to sustain enrollment and build community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood development, social work, adult learning or a related family/human services field; 3+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive travel: up to 40% in-state
• Proven experience in family services management and supervisory roles
• Professional proficiency in MS Office and in spoken/written English
• Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage ERSEA data collection, entry, reporting and maintenance
• Provide supervision to Family Service Coordinators (if in supervisory role) or technical support (if not)
• Ensure staff credentials meet program requirements
• Oversee enrollment processes to maintain funded slots and enrollment targets
• Collaborate with Education & Inclusion to fill vacancies within 30 days
• Promote parent engagement through training and coaching of staff
• Develop and monitor volunteer program and partnerships with community organizations
• Prepare monthly attendance and enrollment reports
• Support program operations to achieve school readiness goals
