Job summary

Zoetis is seeking an Account Manager for the US Petcare Division. The role focuses on solution selling, territory management, and business planning to maximize sales within the assigned geography. This field-based position requires travel and some evenings for educational programs.

Candidates should reside within the territory, preferably Stowe, VT area. Key responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, launching new products, and building robust relationships with hospitals and veterinary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required.
• 3–10 years of consultative sales experience preferred.
• Animal Health experience and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

• Meet overall sales objectives (quota) within targeted geography.
• Launch new products and generate new equipment leads.
• Demonstrate Solution Selling capabilities and veterinary practice expertise.
• Build relationships with hospitals and veterinary personnel to maintain access.
• Interact with customers following Zoetis promotional guidelines.
• Develop and execute Territory Business Plan and allocate resources for ROI.
• Meet field activity expectations including sales call activity and medical education investments.
• Create a call-cycle at the account and veterinarian level to meet reach/frequency targets.
• Work with Zoetis Petcare colleagues with integrity, communication, and teamwork.
• Travel as needed; evenings may be required for educational programs.
