Mission Pet Health is hiring a Receptionist to be the friendly face of our veterinary practice. You’ll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, schedule appointments, and help with medical records and billing.

You’ll educate clients on preventive care and hospital services while maintaining a compassionate, efficient front desk presence. Qualified candidates bring a passion for animal care, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Passion for great customer service in a veterinary setting.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with ability to work independently.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred; schedule includes some weekends/holidays.

• Be Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and manage appointment schedules.
• Handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
