Job summary

Mission Pet Health in Alexandria, VA seeks a Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and support front-desk operations with a focus on compassionate care.

You will maintain medical records, schedule appointments, and handle financial transactions while educating clients on preventive care and hospital services to support pets’ health and wellbeing.

Qualifications
