Humane Fort Wayne is seeking a compassionate Client Services Representative to support clinic and shelter operations. You will be the first contact for clients, helping create a positive, informative experience for both people and their pets.

In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, educate clients on basic veterinary topics, and coordinate appointments while maintaining records and ensuring a friendly, professional environment at the front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
• Comfort with computers (MS Office, email, and new systems).
• Ability to follow and clearly explain instructions.
• Positive, empathetic, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and care.
• Schedule wellness visits, spay/neuter appointments, and adoption meetings.
• Provide accurate information and guide clients to the right resources.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Support reporting and documentation tasks.
• Deliver a welcoming, high-quality front desk experience.
• Process payments and complete daily cash reconciliation.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and required protocols clearly.
