Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and patients. You will manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and assist with processing payments in a busy veterinary practice.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for animal care, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some weekend or holiday shifts may be required, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering compassionate customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with veterinary software is preferred and a flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain records, schedule appointments, and handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calming presence and treat every pet like your own.
