Job summary

Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to create an exceptional client experience and ensure smooth flow of pets through the hospital. The role supports preventive care and wellness plan adoption while promoting client loyalty and referrals.

The CSC will welcome clients, educate them about Optimum Wellness Plans, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle payments and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Veterinary, healthcare, or medical terminology experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional client experience and friendly service to clients and their pets.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Support efficient scheduling and maximize patient flow.
• Communicate clearly with clients and hospital staff; explain invoices and discharge instructions.
• Process payments and manage cash procedures; complete administrative tasks.
